Florea Marine takes great pride in satisfied clients.  If you are not completely happy with your shipment or our services, please contact us at service@floreamarine.com and we will do everything possible to quickly resolve problems. If there is a requirement for a phone conversation, it will occur between normal business hours (8AM to 5PM), USA Pacific Standard Time.

To assist us in maintaining our high quality standards, please carefully examine your order. For shipping damage, notify Florea Marine within forty-eight hours of shipment receipt and immediately file a claim with the shipper.  Unpack merchandise, and compare contents with the packing slip and inspect for flaws. Promptly notify us of any problems.

Manufacturer Warranty

Florea Marine is an authorized Advanced Element ™ dealer and all merchandise sold is covered under the manufacturer’s warrantee.  Merchandise returned for repairs or replacement is subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warrantee.

Return Policy

Orders may be returned for any reason, up to 30 days from the original shipment date. Only returns that are clean, unused and in original packaging are accepted.

Used Merchandise

All used boats, equipment and merchandise are inspected for seaworthiness, safety, and condition, with minor repairs being made prior to sale.  No returns are allowed on used merchandise, which is sold on an “as is and as available” basis.

Shipping

All merchandise will be shipped by UPS, DHL or Federal Express, or in some instances, by US Postal Mail. All in stock orders shall be shipped with in three working days and delivered within fifteen days, to zip codes with in the continental United States. All back orders will be shipped as soon as they arrive at shipper’s warehouse. International shipping is via the best method determined by the shipping warehouse. Once payment is received via wire money transfer, bank draft, bank check or validated credit card purchase, merchandise will be shipped. The use of credit cards on international orders is determined on a case-by-case basis. Orders paid by bank wire are subject to a $250.00 minimum order. All shipping estimates shall have a thirty-day quotation life; any quote older than thirty days is void. COD Deliveries are on a case-by-case basis and the sole discretion of Florea Marine. Rush orders will have additional charges for expedited service and handling - on a case-by-case basis, with fax confirmation and written approval by the buyer. Oregon is a sales tax free state and any taxes due out of state or country shall be paid by customer upon recite of goods to ruling taxing authorities i.e. customers are responsible for all taxes and duties at destination. Neither Florea Marine, nor its shippers will be responsible for delays experienced clearing customs. Shipping outside the continental United States will be billed at Florea Marines cost.
